Due to hygiene considerations and the nature of our jewellery products, all items are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. Our jewellery is made to order and, in many cases, customised to individual requirements; therefore, once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
